I am sooo sorry and embarassed folks :-( Like, I totally forgot about this blog! Thanks to some of my great customers (you know who you are!) ... I think I'd better start blogging again!
Ok ... the obvious start point for a blog that has been left dormant for over a year ... what the heck happened to Uncle Burger?! Here's why I have not been open for yonks ...
1. Downright ugly weather.
2. A whole lotta wheelin'-n-dealin' for business projects in KL, KT, and Ipoh.
3. Budget crunch on funding the build of a new kiosk (yeah! brand-spankin' NEW!)
4. Delay after delay on fabrication of the said new kiosk.
So there you have it ... it a nutshell. The good news is; if some of you would have noticed at around 3pm today - the new, orange-and-white-colored stall is plonked into place at the exact same location :-D Yep; we are ready to start COOKIN' once again!
Uncle Burger will re-open for business tomorrow, Wednesday 2 December 2009.
Prices remain the same; all your favourites on the menu are still there ... so see you tomorrow night!
